Sausage Breakfast Casserole |

Not sure where I found this recipe, but it's a Sunday morning favorite at our house. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork sausage |
1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls |
4 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan. 2. Press cresent rolls in bottom of pan. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. 4. Brown sausage on med heat, drain & crumble. 5. Combine sausage, eggs, milk, cheese and salt & pepper. 6. Pour over cresent rolls. 7. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
