Spicy spin on an easy appetizer Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk hot italian sausage |
1lb. bulk sweet italian sausage |
1lb.shreded mild cheddar cheese |
cocktail rye bread |
Directions:
1. Brown all sausage and drain 2. put sausage in a large bowl add cheese while still hot 3. mix until cheese is melted (you can make recipe to this point up to 3 days before your party just put in airtight container in the fridge) 4. preheat oven to 350 spread mixture on cocktail rye and put on a sheet pan 5. bake 10-15 minutes till hot and bubbly 6.
