Sausage Balls are a wonderful finger food as well as appetizer. I make these for the holidays and they are always gone fast. These go well wish a honey mustard or berry dipping sauces. Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork sausage (uncooked) |
1 pound grated cheddar cheese |
3 cups dry biscuit mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix sausage, cheese and biscuit mix together well. 3. Shape into small balls. 4. Place the balls onto a cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
