This is the ole stand by sausage ball recipe, with just a bit of a twist. This one uses stuffing mix , which gives it a really nice flavor Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork sausage |
1 cup biscuit baking mix |
1 cup stuffing mix |
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* 2. In large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit mix and stuffing. Mix well, THEN add cheese. Form into balls and place on baking sheets 3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or till golden brown |
