This recipe comes from my mom. I'm not sure where she got it from, but it is pretty good. I'm not really sure how many this makes up. Whenever I make it, I usually double it, but then I make some balls smaller, since that's how my mom likes them, and I make them larger, since that is how I like them. Ingredients:
1 lb sausage |
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese |
3 cups bisquick |
Directions:
1. Mix the first two ingredients. 2. Add in the Bisquick until mixed. 3. Form into balls, about the size of a large marble. 4. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. |
