Greatest football snack ever (according to my husband and his friends every time I make it)!! Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage |
2 cups bisquick |
1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (225°C). 2. In a small mixing bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese. I just use my hands and mix it like meat loaf! 3. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. 4. Arrange balls in a 9x13-inch baking dish. 5. Bake for 10-15 minutes. |
