This is a quick and tasty meal. Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage, browned and drained |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 cup chopped bell pepper |
1 cup rice, uncooked |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth, combined with water to make 2 cups of liquid |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. 2. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour. |
