Sausage And Potato Casserole |

This casserole is easy and tastes great anytime. Could be used as a brunch recipe also. Ingredients:
1 pound bulk sausage |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup of milk |
1/4 cup of chopped onions |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
4 cups shredded hashbrown potatoes |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided) |
Directions:
1. Cook sausage and drain. 2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. 3. Keep 1/2 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top later. 4. Cover and bake at 350 until potatoes are tender. 5. Remove and sprinkle remaining cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted. |
