Adapted from Farberware. Italian sausage, onion, green pepper, garlic, canned tomatoes, canned kidney beans, dried oregano, dried basil, cvt Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage |
1 medium onion, halved and sliced |
1 small green pepper, cut into chunks |
1 tsp minced garlic |
15 oz can whole tomatoes |
15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
1/2 tsp dried oregano |
1/2 tsp dried basil |
Directions:
1. Saute' sausage and drain. Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender. |
