easy Ingredients:
8 slices white bread |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1/2 lb grated cheddar |
2 cups milk |
6 eggs |
1 pkg brown and serve breakfast sausage |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cut bread into cubes and place in buttered 9X13 pan. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over bread. Brown sausage. Crumble and add to bread. Top with grated cheese. Beat eggs, add 2 cups milk, and pour over casserole. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 325. Mix soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Spread over casserole. Bake one hour. |
