Sausage and Cornbread Stuffing

This is an easy recipe for a classic side dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onions
10 cups cornbread stuffing mix
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
3 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Saute sausage, onion and celery until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off the excess fat. Mix in the suffing mix, chiken broth and the seasonings.
2. Bake, covered with foil, in a 13x9 baking dish for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered to brown.
