Sausage and Corn Quesadillas |

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon cavender all purpose greek seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
12 10-inch flour tortillas |
1 lb spicy bulk sausage, cooked,crumbled and drained |
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients together; mix well. 2. Spread evenly on 6 tortillas. 3. Place sausage, cheese, chilies and corn evenly over the 6 tortillas. 4. Sprinkle with salt. 5. Top with remaining tortillas; press down gently. 6. Bake at 350 degrees on a lightly greased baking sheet for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. 7. Cut each quesadilla into wedges. 8. Serve warm. |
