Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Mushrroms |

A funky really easy little munchie to make. Ingredients:
1 lb mushroom, cleaned |
1/4 cup italian dressing |
1/2 cup hot italian sausage, cooked and crumbled |
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms, brush with dressing, broil for 5 minutes. 2. Press sausage evenly into each cap. 3. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. Broil for another 5 minutes. |
