Sausage and Beans in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cannellini beans
2 cups tomato sauce
1 1/2 lbs sweet italian sausages
salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Directions:
1. Prepare tomato sauce.
2. Puncture sausages in several places with a fork.
3. Fry sausages in a large skillet.
4. Cook 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat, turning sausages during cooking.
5. Add tomato sauce to skillet.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add beans.
8. Stir in parsley and garlic.
9. Cook 5 minutes longer.
10. Serve immediately.
11. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
