My hubby's buddies love this! Just add corn bread and you are done! Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa, sliced |
1 large green pepper |
1 large yellow onion |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon chopped garlic |
1/2 cup water |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In large pan sauté onions and peppers with garlic. 2. Add kielbasa and cook until kielbasa is browned. 3. Add kidney beans, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and water. 4. Simmer for about 25 minutes or until thick. |
