These are sausage patties and calls for pork, but again I would use ground chicken, turkey, lamb, or beef just as well. Ingredients:
4 pounds freshly ground pork |
3/4 tablespoon salt |
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper |
3/4 tablespoon powdered sage |
3/4 tablespoon fresh ground cayenne pepper |
1/8 cup finely chopped garlic |
Directions:
