Quick prep time, and a flavorful fall/winter soup. Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
2 cups sauerkraut |
1 cup diced potato |
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. 2. Cover, and cook 4-6 hours, or until the flavors have blended and the soup is thoroughly heated. |
