Ingredients:
4 cups chopped sauerkraut |
2 cooking apples, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices |
4 slices bacon, diced |
Directions:
1. Combine sauerkraut, apples, and bacon in a large Dutch oven; mix well. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until apples are tender. 2. Spoon stuffing into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
