Sauerkraut Salad With Ham |

Ingredients:
1 lb sauerkraut (1 lb. can) |
1/2 lb blue grapes |
6 ounces ham, cooked |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain sauerkraut; chop coarsely. 2. Wash grapes and cut in half; remove seeds if desired. 3. Cut ham in julienne strips. 4. Gently mix these 3 ingredients. 5. Blend dressing ingredients and stir into sauerkraut mixture. 6. Marinate for 10 minutes; adjust seasoning before serving, if necessary. |
