This is a different kind of salad that is really pretty good. Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can sauerkraut, drained |
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, drained |
1 cup sweet onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, diced |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate overnight. 3. Enjoy. |
