Note: This keeps for a long time and gets better. It is from the weight community recipe share and it's great!It's a zero points on weight watchers!!! Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained |
3 stalks celery, sliced |
1 medium onion, diced |
1/2 bell pepper, diced (i like yellow) |
1/2 cup pimiento, diced,drained |
1 teaspoon oil (canola) |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
18 packets sugar substitute (equal) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first five ingredients in bowl. 2. Mix oil vinegar and sugar substitute in small bowl, pour over sauerkraut and mix. 3. Chill. |
