Ingredients:
1 ( 16-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained |
1 large onion, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1 (2-ounce) jar chopped pimientos, drained |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss until well blended. Cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 24 hours. |
