Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) jar sauerkraut |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup finely-chopped onion |
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Drain sauerkraut and chop fine. 2. Add celery, onion, green pepper and sugar. 3. Mix well. 4. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before using. |
