My mother found this years ago at a Church Bizarre and it is wonderful on sandwiches, brats, hot dogs or even by itself! Ingredients:
canned sauerkraut, well drained |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix together saurkraut, onion, green pepper, celery, celery seed. 2. Bring to boil and dissolve sugar and vinegar. 3. Let cool then add to mixture. |
