This is also nice spread on roast beef sandwiches. Ingredients:
1 can sauerkraut, well drained |
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese |
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3/4 cup soda cracker crumbs |
3 ounces cream cheese |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 cups mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until moist. 2. Refrigerate overnight. 3. Serve with crackers. |
