ANOTHER ONE OF GRANDMAS AND VERY YUMMY. TASTE VERY GOOD AND WE LIKE THEM DURING THE HOLIDAYS OR ANYTIME. Ingredients:
1 jar sauerkraut |
1 lb bob evans hot sausage |
1 lb ground chuck |
3/4 cup chopped onion |
3 tablespoons parsley |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon mustard |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup progresso italian breadcrumbs |
3 eggs |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. DRAIN SAUERKRAUT AND CHOP. 2. MIX WITH PORK, BEEF, ONION, PARSLEY, SEASONING, SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER. 3. FRY TILL MEAT IS BROWNED. 4. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN BREAD CRUMBS ADD 2 EGGS AND MIX WELL. 5. LET COOL. 6. FORM INTO BALLS BEAT 1 EGG AND MILK TOGETHER. 7. DIP INTO MILK MIXTURE THEN CRUMB MIXTURE AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN. |
