Sauerkraut is one of the most used and favorite dishes. we can prepare the soup using sauerkraut (Shi) or added to salads, or eat just added onions and oil. Ingredients:

cabbage - as much as you need, i usually make a 1kg |
carrots - 20% of the weight of cabbage |
1 l - water |
2 tbsp salt |
2 tbsp honey |
second version |
1 kg cabbage |
20 grm carrots |
15 gr salt |
Directions:
