These are moist and tender meatballs. Ideal for that holiday party or gathering. These Saucy Turkey Meatballs feature a tangy sauce that is delicious. Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats |
3/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp.chili powder |
1/4 tsp. garlic salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey |
sauce |
2 cups ketchup |
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tbs. liquid smoke |
1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350. 2. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in a 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs.
