                    Low fat, Healthy Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                4 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1 cup tuna in brine  |  
                                                1 cup diced ripe tomato  |  
                                                1 cup sweet onion, rings  |  
                                                1 tablespoon minced garlic  |  
                                                1 tablespoon minced bell pepper  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Pour olive oil in a pre heated pan under low heat. Saute garlic, bell pepper, and tomatoes. 2. Pour in the brine from the canned tuna. Simmer for 5 mins until tomatoes are very soft. 3. Add the onion rings and simmer again for 5mins. 4. Add the tuna then simmer for 3more minutes. 5.
