Saucy Tuna

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tuna in brine
1 cup diced ripe tomato
1 cup sweet onion, rings
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil in a pre heated pan under low heat. Saute garlic, bell pepper, and tomatoes.
2. Pour in the brine from the canned tuna. Simmer for 5 mins until tomatoes are very soft.
3. Add the onion rings and simmer again for 5mins.
4. Add the tuna then simmer for 3more minutes.
5. Add salt to taste.
