Saucy Stir-Fry

An easy weeknight dinner; chicken can be substituted with beef sirloin, turkey, or pork.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, boneless
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 cups birds eye seven vegetable stir fry (or any preferred stir-fry mix)
1 (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy (heinz)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 dash pepper
2 cups white rice, cooked (brown can be substituted)
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil in large skillet.
2. Start cooking rice according to directions on package.
3. Stir-fry meat and ginger in skillet, remove.
4. Stir fry vegetables in oil (add more if required) until tender-crisp.
5. Return meat to skilled, mix with vegetables, gravy, soy sauce, and pepper.
6. Serve meat/vegetable mix onver rice.
