Fresh shrimp are sauteed in a hot skillet with garlic and olive oil, then cooked with Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce, fresh parsley, and crushed red pepper until the shrimp are pink and the sauce is hot. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 pound fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 1/2 cups prego® traditional italian sauce |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. Add pasta sauce, parsley and pepper and cook over low heat until shrimp are pink. |
