Big Mama's Back In the Kitchen by Charlene Johnson Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage |
1 16-oz cans pork and beans |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
2/3 cup finely chopped onion |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup barbecue sauce |
2 tbs molasses |
2 tbs worcestershire sauce |
1 tbs white vinegar |
1 tbs chili powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage. Blot with paper towel to remove excess grease. 2. Combine sausage and remaining ingredients in a baking dish. Mix thoroughly. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
