Not only is this meatloaf moist it is very tast. The sauce is a nice blend of flavors. Enjoy Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds ground round |
3/4 cup oatmeal |
1/4 cup chopped red onion |
1-1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg beaten |
3/4 cup milk |
sauce |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon mustard |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine meat, oatmeal, onion, salt, pepper, egg and milk and mix thoroughly.
2. Pack firmly into loaf pan.
3. Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and pour over meat loaf.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
