This is another recipe from Kraft Canada - so delicious!! Ingredients:
1 (120 g) package stove top stuffing mix for chicken |
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 egg |
1/2 cup water |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup pizza sauce |
1 cup kraft 4 cheese italiano cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix first five ingredients. Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with sauce. Bake 55 minutes to one hour or until done. Top with cheese; bake 2 minutes longer or until melted. 3. HOW TO USE YOUR SLOW-COOKER: Line slow-cooker with foil, with ends of foil extending slightly over top. Prepare meatloaf as directed; shape into a loaf. Place in prepared slow-cooker; cover with lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours). Top meatloaf with sauce and cheese. Cook, covered for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. |
