Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon chopped green onion |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon mustard |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine the beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. 2. Form into 4 patties. 3. In a skillet brown the patties and pour off the excess fat. 4. In a medium bowl combine the remaining ingredients. 5. Pour over the patties in the skillet. 6. Simmer for 10-20 minutes. 7. Serve over rice or noodles. |
