2 lemons, juice of |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 cup sugar |
1 1/4 cups water |
3 egg yolks |
pineapple chunk |
banana, slices |
grapes |
peach |
orange section |
apple, chunks |
strawberry |
kiwi, slices |
fruit cocktail, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in small saucepan; stirring to combine; bring to boil. 2. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes until thickened; cool to room temperature. 3. Pour over fruit in bowl; stir gently. |
