Pork chops with a sauce made of ingredients you wouldn't think tasted good together. This is good served with noodles or rice. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
6 boneless pork chops |
1 to taste salt and pepper to taste |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Over medium-high heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Top with onion slices. 2. In a bowl, stir together soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour soup mixture over pork chops. 3. Cover pan and simmer until meat is no longer pink inside and thermometer reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 40 to 60 minutes. |
