This recipe came from a Casserole Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
2 cups sour cream |
3/4 cup chicken broth |
1/2 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
6 boneless chicken breast halves |
cooked noodles or rice |
chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, combine soups, sour cream, broth , onion, mushrooms and seasonings. 3. Arrange chicken on top of sauce. 4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. 5. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles or rice. 6. Garnish with parsley. |
