Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) fresh asparagus |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup(s) mayonaise |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) curry powder |
grated cheese |
Directions:
1. Place uncooked asparagus in baking dish. Brown chicken in skillet in oil (optional). Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken over asparagus. Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 375 for 40 minutes or til chicken is done. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and let sit for 5 minutes. |
