Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
1 egg |
2 tablespoon(s) green onion or onion bits |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) soft bread crumbs |
2 can(s) tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs,salt,pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into patties. In large skillet, brown patties on both sides. Remove from pan, set aside, drain drippings. 2. In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Return patties to skillet. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. |
