Ingredients:
1 reynolds oven bag, large size |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 can(s) stewed tomatoes 14 1/2 oz, undrained undrained |
1 envelope(s) onion soup mix |
1/2 cup(s) water |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 pound(s) beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced thinly sliced |
2 cup(s) hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2 in baking pan. 3. Add tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add beef strips to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer to bake. 4. Close bag with nylon tie, cut four 6 inch slits in top. 5. Bake until beef is tender, 40-45 minutes. 6. Serve over rice. 7. Optional: fresh or canned sliced mushrooms |
