Found this quick and tasty recipe in Quick Cooking magazine. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed vegetable soup, undiluted |
3/4 cup chow mein noodles or 3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 2. Stir in soups. 3. Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish. 4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. 5. Uncover; sprinkle with chow mein noodles. 6. Bake 5 minutes longer or until noodles are crisp. |
