Quick & easy! From a Campbell's Soup cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of asparagus soup |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 1/2 lbs asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces (or 2 10oz packages frozen asparagus) |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan mix soup and milk. Over medium heat, heat to a boil, stirring occasionally. 2. Add asparagus. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender, stirring occasionally. |
