A traditional French sauce that is actually the ultimate burger condiment. Can also be used for other meats and fish. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons hard boiled egg whites, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon pickle, dill, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon small caper, finely chopped (optional) |
1 tablespoon white onion, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon tarragon, finely chopped |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate. |
