This is my favorite sauce for fish tacos. Time does not include resting time. Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt or 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and let sit 1/2 hour to let flavors develop. If you like your sauce a little thinner just add a bit of milk or water and mix it. |
