Simple and delicious sauce you can add to your favorite stir-fry. Lime gives it nice kick you can also add fresh ginger if you like it. I use this sauce for chicken stir-fry. This makes about 1 cup of sauce but you can double the recipe for more sauce. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soya sauce |
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon lime |
200 ml beef stock |
3 tablespoons cornflour |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl. 2. Add this mix to your stir-fry at the end when all your veggies and meat is almost cooked bring to boil stir well and turn off the heat. |
