Delicious served over meat fish chicken or vegetables. Ingredients:
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter |
1/2 cup coconut cream |
1/2 cup water |
2 teaspoons ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce) |
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce |
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Cook sauce over heat until slightly thickened. 3. When slightly thick serve with your preferred meat or vegetables. |
