1.5 kg chicken - deboned |
1 tsp cummin |
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder |
8 nos shallot |
1 tsp coriander |
2.5 cm piece fresh tumeric |
1 tsp sugar |
1 stalk lemon grass |
2 tbsps roasted peanuts |
2 tbsps cooking oil |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Cube the chicken meat, drain and put aside. 2. Grind coriander, cummin, tumeric, peanuts, salt and sugar.Mix this with the cinnamon poeder, diced shallot and 1 tbsps cooking oil. 3. Marinated the chicken with the mixture. 4. Using special skewers, skewers 5 pieces of meat on the skewer, as in kebabs. 5.
