Sauerkraut, pepped up with crunchy, colorful peppers, celery and onion, makes a scrumptious relish for hot dogs, hamburgers or grilled pork chops. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained |
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers |
1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1 small onion, chopped |
3/4 cup white vinegar |
1 cup splenda® no calorie sweetener, granulated |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving. |
