This salsa reminds me of the kind that you get at a good mexican restaurant - no chunks and just the right amount of heat to make both me and my husband happy :) (which is hard to do!) Ingredients:
1 red pepper |
1 green pepper |
1/2 bunch cilantro |
6 green onions |
2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed!) |
42 -48 ounces diced tomatoes (1 can fire roasted tomatoes, if possible) |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Cut your vegetables in a food processor and mix all ingredients together. Enjoy! |
